Q: When is your last day open?
A: We’ll be open until inventory is gone — and things are already going quickly!
Q: Can I make a return or exchange?
A: Purchases made before Oct. 15, 2026 are eligible for return if you’re within
7 days of purchase, the item is unused, and tags are attached. We do not
take returns on helmets, safety vests or safety stirrups. Purchases made Oct
15, 2025 and forward are final sale — no exceptions.
Q: What’s currently on sale?
A: See below:
- Full price items are discounted at 20% off.
- Stable Supplies, Tack Cleaner, Supplements, Treats — 5% off.
- Stickered Items with colors. See color codes with dollar amounts.
Q: Can I shop online?
A: Yes! We are still fulfilling all online orders as normal. Use code LASTRIDE1 for 5% off for supplies. Use code LASTRIDE2 online at checkout to get 20% off for all other items.
Q: Can I call to place an order and receive sales prices?
A: You’re welcome to call and place an order, but sale pricing applies only for
in-store purchases.
Q: Are sales final?
A: Yes — all retirement sale purchases (October 15, 2025 and later).
Q: I have items on consignment with you — can I pick it up?
A: If your consignment items were dropped off after 8/15/2025, yes
please call the store during normal business hours for details: (978) 486-0008.
Q: I have not received my consignment payment, what is the process?
A: We are in process of consolidating and sending out e-checks. Please be
patient as we go through the process.
Q: Are you selling any of your fixtures and hardware?
A: Yes! Please email the store horsemans.exchange@gmail.com with what piece you’re interested in. You’re also welcome to stop in and browse fixtures.
Q: Will you be restocking popular items? A: No — what’s on the floor is what’s available.
Q: Are gift cards still valid?
A: Yes — gift cards can still be redeemed in-store while inventory lasts.
