"The EquiWedge (or “Wedgie” as it’s usually called) is super easy to use. Simply position it by tucking it up under the flap of your saddle, (and on top of the sweat flap) as shown and ride. The Wedgie creates new muscle memory, body awareness, and will improve the riders’ position over time.
Ride with the Wedgie for a few weeks. When you and your instructor feel that you have established even balance in both seat bones and both stirrups resulting in a straighter body position simply remove it. If you need a reminder of where your balance should be you can easily put the Wedgie back in. Your instructor or partner on the ground can help assess your straightness (or lack thereof) which side would benefit from Wedgie placement ."
